The Home page of Zal Ultra ISP CRM is designed to provide quick access to essential features and management tools. It includes key sections such as the Dashboard for real-time insights, the Admin Panel for system management, and Branch Management to oversee multiple locations. You will also find feature-specific buttons for quick actions and navigation. Additionally, the page offers detailed Reports & Analytics, including Sales and Invoice Reports, Payment Reports, and visually informative Graphs. These tools enable efficient monitoring and management of your ISP operations, helping you stay organized and in control.

Expired & Expiring

The Expired & Expiring feature helps you track services, packages, or invoices that are no longer valid or nearing expiration. It provides quick filters to manage renewals and follow-ups:

Expired – Already past the expiry date.

Expiring (1 Day) – Items that will expire within the next 24 hours.

Expiring (3 Days) – Items expiring within 3 days.

Expiring (1 Week) – Items expiring within 7 days.

Expiring (2 Weeks) – Items expiring within 14 days.

Expiring (4 Weeks) – Items expiring within 28 days.

Graph

The Graph Dashboard provides a visual overview of key business metrics:

1.Sales / Invoices Reports – Track sales trends and invoice performance over time.

2.Payment Reports – Monitor received payments and outstanding balances.

3.Resource (CPU / RAM) – View server performance to ensure system stability.

4.Map – Display user or service locations for better area-based insights.

These graphs help you analyze performance at a glance and make data-driven decisions.

Accounting

The Accounting module provides detailed financial insights through various reports:

4.Subscribers Payments – View payments received from subscribers.

5.Resellers Payments – Track payments collected by resellers.

6.Subresellers Payments – Monitor payments handled by sub-resellers.

7.Retailers Payments – Check payments collected by retailers.

User

1.All Users – Displays the total number of users, including subscribers, resellers, sub-resellers, and retailers.
