Transfer Subscriber

An admin can transfer their subscribers by clicking on the "Transfer Subscriber" button. Then, select the "From User" and "To User", and submit the transfer request.

1	From User	Select the username of the current subscriber for transfer.
2	To User	Select the username of the intended recipient for the subscriber transfer.
