Inventory Storage
Storage locations define the physical places where your inventory items are kept — such as a main warehouse, a regional depot, or a branch office storeroom. Each storage has a Name, a Location (city/area), and a full Address.
All Storage
The storage list displays all configured storage locations with the following columns:

| ID | Unique identifier for the storage |
| Name | Name of the storage location |
| Location | City or area where the storage is located |
| Address | Full physical address of the storage |
| Items | Number of inventory items stored at this location |
| Created By | The user who added this storage |
| Created At | Date and time the storage was added |
| Actions | Edit or Delete the storage |
Add Storage
To add a new storage location, click the "+ Add Storage" button. Fill in all required fields and click Submit.

| 1 | Name | Yes | Enter a name for the storage location (e.g., NetGear Storage Depot, OptiCore Storage Unit). |
| 2 | Location | Yes | Enter the city or area where this storage is located (e.g., Chattogram, Sylhet, Rajshahi). |
| 3 | Address | Yes | Enter the full physical address of the storage (e.g., 88 Agrabad Commercial Area, Chattogram). |
Edit Storage
To edit a storage location, click "Actions" dropdown next to the storage record and select "Edit". Update the details and submit.
Delete Storage
To delete a storage location, click "Actions" dropdown next to the storage record and select "Delete". Confirm the action to permanently remove it.
WARNING
Before deleting a storage location, ensure no inventory items are currently linked to it. Items associated with a deleted storage location may lose their location reference.
