Departments

In ZalUltra, a department represents a team or functional unit within the organization, such as Sales, Technical, or Billing. It helps organize users and assign responsibilities, ensuring tasks, tickets, and communications are managed efficiently within each team.

Add Departments

You can add a department by clicking "Add Department" from the Actions dropdown menu of the associated department.

1	Name	Enter a name for the department, providing a clear identifier.
2	Description	Include a brief description to convey the purpose or responsibilities of the department.
