Email Templates

The Email feature of Zal Ultra ISP CRM streamlines communication between ISPs and their customers by enabling automated and manual email notifications directly from the system. It allows users to send invoices, payment reminders, service updates, and support notifications efficiently.

 

In the Email Template option, you will find a vast collection of pre-designed email templates that are automatically ready to send to your users or subscribers. These email messages are fully prepared—simply update the bracketed { } information as needed to personalize the content. With customizable templates and integration with major email services, ISPs can maintain professional and consistent communication. Additionally, the system tracks email delivery and response status, ensuring reliable and organized customer interactions.

Send Email

By clicking on the Send Email option from the dropdown list, a form will appear with several fields to fill out. Simply enter the necessary information in the provided boxes and submit the form. The email will then be sent to the selected subscriber or any recipient you specify.

Sync Templates

Zal Ultra ISP CRM comes with many preloaded email templates by default. Additionally, dealers or resellers can add their own templates as needed. If you notice a shortage of templates or see fewer templates than expected, simply click on the Sync Template button to reload and refresh the template list.

Create Templates

By clicking on the Create Template button, you can easily create new templates according to your needs.

Delivery Reports

Click on this option to view the Delivery Reports and check whether the email was sent successfully or not. If the email failed to send for any reason, you can find the details of the issue on this page.
