Add Category

To add a category, click on "Add Category" from the action dropdown menu under ticket categories. Enter the name and description, then submit. The category will be successfully added.

1	Name	Enter a name for the category, representing the type or classification of items within it.
2	Description	Provide a brief description of the category, offering additional details or context.
