Notes

The Notes module allows you to add and manage important information within the system. You can create Global Notes, which are visible to all authorized users, or Private Notes, which are restricted to specific users or departments. This feature helps teams record reminders, instructions, or client-related details, ensuring smooth communication and better coordination across the organization.

Add Note

In the Add Note module, you can add various types of notes to your admin, reseller, or sub-reseller ID. To add a note, simply select Add Note from the Actions dropdown menu.

Filter

The Filter Notes option helps you quickly find specific notes by selecting a type, such as Global Notes or Private Notes. This makes it easy to organize, manage, and access the right information without scrolling through all entries.
