Email Gateway
1. Overview
Email Integration allows ZalUltra CRM to send notifications (invoice, payment, alerts) via configured SMTP servers.
2. Configuration
• Go to Settings → Email Settings
• Click Email Settings → Fill the form:

| Email Status | Enable or disable email service |
| From | Sender email address displayed in outgoing emails |
| SMTP Host | SMTP server address (e.g., smtp.gmail.com) |
| SMTP Username | Username/email used for SMTP authentication |
| SMTP Password | Password for the SMTP account |
| SMTP Host Port | Port number used by the SMTP server (e.g., 587 for TLS, 465 for SSL) |
| Encryption | Choose encryption type: SSL / TLS / None |
Add correct SMTP credentials before saving.
Click Submit to save settings.
Notes
• Ensure SMTP credentials are correct and server allows sending emails.
• Only Admin can configure email settings.
• Toggle Email Status OFF to disable all outgoing emails globally.
